Ende Dezember habe ich Thailand nun verlassen und bin wieder zurück in Deutschland. Nach einem wundervollen halben Jahr die Welt sehen dürfen, Tauchen, Trekken, Berge besteigen und viele nette Leute kennen lernen. Oft werde ich gefragt: "Wo wars am besten?" oder "Hast du ein Lieblingsland?" Das ist so schwer zu sagen. Diese ganzen Länder sind so unterschiedlich wie ihre Sprachen, Kulturen und Menschen, man kann sie nicht wirklich vergleichen. Für mich, oder besser gesagt uns, war diese Reise ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Und heimgekommen sind wir mitnichten gesättigt, sondern voller Ideen und Pläne... das Leben ist ja lang und die Welt groß! :-)
Was kommt nun: Es müssen insgesamt rund 18.000 Bilder sortiert werden. Ich werde weiterhin die Tourenbeschreibungen hier pflegen, immer neues einstellen und aktualisieren, irgendwann soll es auch mal eine funktionalere Homepage geben. Aber immer der Reihe nach.

I've left Thailand end of Dezember and since them, I am back home, home in Germany. After a wonderful half year where I could see someting of the world, went diving, trekking and mountaineering and met so many nice people. Many people now ask me where I liked it best or which was my favorite country. But all these coutries differ in so many ways, they are as different as their language, culture and people are. Its impossible to say, which my favorite one was. But what I can say: This whole journey was an exceptional adventure with hundrets of impressions for me, or better us. And unlike some might expect, where not saturated from all these impressions at all but instead full of new ideas and plans...but life is still long and the world big! :-)
What on now: We have to sort around 18,000 pictures. I will go on writing articles and descriptions of treks or update other ones and at some point, I would love to have a more functional webpage. But, one after the other.
